My dream since childhood has been to be one of the people who made a difference in this world. My hope is to leave the World a little better for having being there. My career objectives is to work in a challenging and dynamic technological environment, in the area of leadership, with a view of integrating creativity, team work and diligent research to provide practical way forward that will embrace challenges and map comprehensive strategies in managing conflict and risk management for organizational and technological development as well as culture.
